This role is within a team of experienced contact center managers and data analysts, focused on optimizing PayPay's customer support services. The ideal candidate will be logical, data-driven, and capable of providing evidence-based insights to improve CS performance and contribute to the company's business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing PayPay customer support data to identify trends and issues.
- Developing and maintaining a customer support data warehouse (DWH).
- Creating data visualizations and dashboards using BI tools.
- Generating reports and presentations based on data analysis.
- Proposing and presenting data-driven improvement recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis and improvement proposal, including KPI measurement and effect measurement.
- Experience using BI tools.
- Understanding of basic statistical mathematics and its practical application.
- Strong logical thinking, proposal, and documentation skills.
