The Data Analyst will join a team of experienced professionals focused on optimizing PayPay's CS operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Investigating KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
  • Building and maintaining a customer support data warehouse (DWH)
  • Creating visualizations of customer support data using BI tools
  • Analyzing customer support data and generating actionable insights
  • Validating extracted data and creating comprehensive reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Presenting improvement proposals to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and proposing data-driven improvements (KPI measurement, impact analysis, etc.)
  • Experience using BI tools
  • Understanding and practical application of basic statistical mathematics
  • Strong logical thinking, presentation, and documentation skills
