Too Good To Go is seeking a Key Account Store Operations Specialist to join their Copenhagen office. The company's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. The Store Operations team ensures the engagement, experience, and quality of Key Account stores. As a Key Account Store Operations Specialist, the candidate will work directly with these stores, building relationships with store managers and staff to maximize their partnership with Too Good To Go and rescue as much food as possible.

Role involves:

  • Engaging stores directly via phone and email to optimize store engagement and improve performance.
  • Supporting stores to use Too Good To Go systems and providing training to new staff.
  • Ensuring stores are maximizing their supply to prevent food waste.
  • Identifying feedback trends and escalating them to the Key Account Manager.
  • Ensuring stores have a good experience with customers and taking action to improve store quality.
  • Administrative tasks, including mass updates and maintaining accurate store information.

Requirements:

  • Passion for fighting food waste and its impact on the climate crisis.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with partners.
  • First experience with data is preferred.
  • A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
  • Team-player and keen to learn and collaborate.
  • Fluency in Danish (C1) and English (B2).
  • Driver’s License B for Store visits (1-2 times/month).
