Too Good To Go is seeking a Logistics Specialist to manage logistics operations in Poland. The Logistics Specialist will manage 3PLs and collaborate with internal Commercial, Planning, Finance, and CX teams, reporting to the Cluster Logistics Manager. They will ensure efficient operations and daily stock and invoice control.

The role involves:
  • 3PL Management: Planning, management and optimization of logistics activities.
  • Inbound operations: Managing inbound orders and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory data.
  • Production & Warehousing: Planning capacity and managing production runs.
  • Outbound operations & Customer Support: Ensuring customer satisfaction and handling logistics escalations.
  • Invoice & Cost Control: Tracking and approving invoices, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Performance & Process improvement: Monitoring performance metrics and recommending improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Engaging with external and internal teams

Requirements:
  • Prior experience with a 3PL and e-commerce operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Critical thinking and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Based in Warsaw.
