Director, HR - Revenue

Job Description

Reddit is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner - Revenue to play a critical role in achieving its mission to empower communities. The Director will report to the Sr. Director, HRBP, and skip-report to Reddit’s Chief People & Culture Officer. This role involves leading a cross-functional Ads HRBP team and serving as the direct HRBP for the Chief Revenue Officer (Global Sales).Reddit's People and Culture team is looking for a seasoned Global Sales HR thought leader with a practical approach to problem-solving, to proactively collaborate with leaders to help the business achieve its full potential.What this role involves:

• Being a proactive and collaborative direct partner to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Serving as a thought partner to additional Monetization executives.
• Leading and developing the Sales/Growth/Monetization HRBP team.
• Partnering with leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Partnering effectively with cross-functional P&C teams.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated HR leadership experience in global revenue/sales organizations.
• Proven effectiveness in executive coaching and organizational development.
• Ability to manage a full monetization HR function.
• Strong ability to forecast and onboard business goals.
• Sound judgment and ability to coach and influence clients.
• Ability to connect diverse talent populations to a single company mission.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Deep understanding of employment law and best practices.
