Job Description
Reddit is seeking a Senior Client Partner to join their Large Customer Sales team, focusing on the Financial Services vertical. The Senior Client Partner will nurture relationships with major finance clients and their agency partners, ensuring their business objectives are met through Reddit's advertising solutions. This role requires presence in either New York, NY, or Chicago, IL.Reddit is a community-driven platform with over 100,000 active communities and 101M+ daily active unique visitors, making it a significant source of information on the internet.Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage and deepen client partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Construct upfront and joint business plans.
  • Establish relationships with new Lines of Business (LOBs), educating them on Reddit and its ad platform.
  • Leverage data to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
  • Meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead client meetings and manage expectations.
  • Communicate platform updates and opportunities.
  • Provide strategic advice to grow client relationships.
  • Uncover client needs and align them with platform opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations.
  • Shape Reddit’s ads product roadmap by sharing client feedback.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist.
  • Mentor and train team members.
  • Collaborate with other Client Partners and Account Managers.
  • Build internal relationships to deliver on client and business goals.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in digital media.
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience managing Finance partnerships.
  • Experience owning partnerships with complex enterprise organizations.
  • Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions.
  • Subject matter expertise in social media and native advertising.
  • Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
