Mentimeter is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Berlin. The company aims to transform presentations into conversations through real-time interactivity and visualizations. The SDR will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential customers in the DACH region.

Role Involves:

  • Strategic Outreach: Connecting with companies through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Understanding Customer Needs: Identifying customer challenges and how Mentimeter can provide solutions.
  • Generating Sales Opportunities: Conducting user interviews and scheduling high-quality meetings for Sales Executives.
  • Collaboration: Working with Account Executives and Relationship Managers to develop qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • Passion for technology and sales.
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales or customer acquisition is a plus but not required.
  • Completed university degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Ability to adapt to marketing strategies and campaigns to optimize lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills to conduct effective initial conversations and qualify leads.
  • Confidence in handling objections and a willingness to learn through coaching.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and strong time management.
  • Ambitious, result-driven, flexible, and open to new ways of working.
