Job Description
Mentimeter is seeking a German-speaking Senior Account Executive, Growth (f/m/d) to drive strategic revenue growth by deepening partnerships with enterprise clients in the DACH region. This role involves identifying and capturing expansion opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring Mentimeter's solutions continue to create value. The Senior Account Executive will manage a defined book of enterprise customers, collaborating with a Customer Success Manager (CSM), Retention Manager (RM), and Sales Development Representative (SDR) to execute strategic account plans and strengthen Mentimeter's footprint across key business units.

Role involves:
  • Developing and executing strategic account expansion plans.
  • Understanding customer business models and pain points.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Leading the full expansion sales cycle.
  • Applying value selling and solution selling methodologies.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with CSMs, RMs, Marketing, and Product.
  • Owning accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to customers.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Track record of expanding strategic accounts.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.
  • A growth-oriented team player.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in Business English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
