Job Description

LivePerson, a global leader in enterprise conversations, is seeking a NOC Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in monitoring LivePerson's services and ensuring high availability and performance across six data centers worldwide, supporting thousands of customers. This role involves working in a 24x7 operational environment, handling incidents, and communicating effectively with internal teams and the LivePerson Support division.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring LivePerson services and servers.
  • Handling incidents quickly and professionally.
  • Triggering operational procedures for production incidents.
  • Troubleshooting production incidents.
  • Managing internal incident notifications.
  • Interacting with the LivePerson Support division.
  • Actively participating in customer-affecting incidents.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (3+ years is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment (shifts, weekends, holidays).
  • Ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking skills and quick reaction to multiple issues.
  • Familiarity with Networking concepts.
  • GCP background / experience operating in a Linux environment.
