Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research and analyzing user behavior.
• Defining and prioritizing product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).
• Monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics.
• Staying up-to-date with Web3 and DeFi trends.
• Fostering innovation and agile development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Web3 or DeFi space.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
