Applications Analyst - Bratislava - Hybrid Working at Capco

Capco is seeking an Applications Analyst to join their Global Internal Applications team in Bratislava. The role involves supporting the day-to-day running of critical Capco applications, providing functional and technical support for the Financial and Human Resources suite, and ensuring user satisfaction.

The Applications Analyst will work alongside a global team to enhance the application suite by pinpointing areas of improvement and recommending optimal strategies. They will monitor and resolve system processes and production complications, as well as assist in the execution of internal applications. To excel in this role, the individual must possess a solid technical foundation, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to adeptly manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Role Involves:

• Working as part of a global team covering our suite of Financial and HRMS applications.
• Apply technical knowledge across various types of systems and suggest improvements and best practices.
• Action Production Support and Functional Requests of our Recruitment and eLearning systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system processes and production issues.
• Provide day-to-day production support to users with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal applications and support similar initiatives based on an aggressive business growth plan.

Requirements:

• BS or BA Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• Internal Application support experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in supporting Business and Financial software applications.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS TEAMS
• Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Greenhouse Recruiting System and Cornerstone Learning Management System is a plus.
