Job Description
Thanx, a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants, is seeking a Staff Software Developer. This role is remote and based in North America. The Staff Software Developer will architect and develop robust software solutions, collaborate and share expertise, manage tech debt, and stay updated on emerging technologies.
Role involves:
- Architecting and developing robust software solutions
- Establishing key architectural patterns
- Enhancing software quality, stability, and resilience
- Collaborating and sharing expertise
- Managing technical debt
- Staying updated on emerging technologies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a developer working in large-scale, high throughput platforms with modern web frameworks (RoR, Django, or similar)
- Experience with modern front-end technologies (React, Angular, Typescript or similar)
- Proven experience in planning and leading large projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
