Job Description
Thanx, a leading loyalty and guest engagement platform for restaurants, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager. This role is remote and focused on North America. The Senior Customer Success Manager will manage all aspects of the Customer Success cycle for key accounts, from onboarding to strategic ongoing account management. He will work with Thanx's largest customers to ensure they are successful and grow their business using Thanx tools. This involves stakeholder management, strategic planning, and presenting program insights.Role involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of complex customers.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Presenting to C-Suite executives.
  • Developing and executing marketing plans.
  • Owning project management and strategy.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of software/B2B customer success management experience.
  • Experience with 100+ location, brick and mortar merchants.
  • Comfort presenting to C-Suite executives.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Familiarity with software like Salesforce, Catalyst, Front, and Notion.
  • BA/BS Degree
