Zscaler is seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Operations Analyst to join their Customer Success Programs & Operations team. This role is crucial in delivering high-impact customer experiences and identifying innovative solutions. The Senior Operations Analyst will report to the Director of Customer Success Programs & Operations and will involve:
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven recommendations for improving customer experience and adoption programs
  • Conducting workload analysis to balance team capacity, drive productivity, and support long-term growth
  • Defining and implementing standardized operating cadences, QBRs, adoption reviews, program performance tracking
  • Identifying at-risk customers and implementing early intervention strategies to improve retention and minimize churn
Zscaler requires candidates to have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field
  • A strong background in data analysis, reporting, and operational process optimization within a Customer Success or post-sales environment
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, including SFDC, Excel, and BI platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and insights
