Zscaler, a leading cloud security company, is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to join their Go-to-Market team. This role reports to the Vice President of Southern Europe and is responsible for leading sales efforts in the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software or security sales and a proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Role Involves:
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent.
  • Coaching and motivating the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Understanding customer pain points and offering Zscaler's solutions.
  • Creating and executing a business plan for the region.
  • Forecasting business monthly, quarterly, and yearly across 3 teams.
  • Acting as an executive sponsor for key partners.
  • Fostering a culture that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security.
  • Second-line leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives.
  • Established relationships with customers
