Senior Manager Supply Chain Inventory & Operations

Job Description

Cytokinetics is seeking a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Inventory & Operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of processes that support the manufacturing and movement of pharmaceutical products throughout the value chain. The Inventory and Operations Manager ensures accurate inventory management across the supply network and facilitates timely transactional activities.

The role involves leading the design and development of processes, creating process maps, process design documentation, and training materials. Additionally, they serve as stewards of master data, actively managing and promoting Master Data Management practices to ensure data integrity across the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient execution of supply chain transactions.
• Perform goods receipts, goods issues, transfers, and other goods movements.
• Work closely with the Quality and Finance teams to ensure accurate product status and inventory valuation.
• Oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain process design and develop process documentation.
• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess inventory accuracy and process performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Experience working with supply chain management software and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain regulations and industry best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
