Melio is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team in Tel Aviv. The Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines, including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Risk, Data Scientists, and other Data Analysts. The role involves working on KPIs, analyzing information, and addressing challenging questions to drive insights and maintain Melio as a data-driven company. The Senior Data Analyst will play a crucial role in enabling each team at Melio to scale effectively.Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets to drive actionable insights.
- Defining and implementing KPIs across different teams.
- Accompanying product features from tech design to feature performance.
- Translating product/business requirements to analytical logics and creating clear visualizations.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- High-level SQL proficiency.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex ideas.
- Team player with effective interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing relationships with key partners.
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Redash, or similar).
- Experience in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing.
