Senior Product Designer at Melio

Melio is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Tel Aviv. The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for solving complex problems, setting UI standards, and ensuring user-centered design principles are followed.

The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and content strategists to oversee the product experience from research to launch. They will design simple and elegant flows and experiences for global users.

The role involves:

• Turning conceptual ideas into valuable solutions for users.
• Emphasizing product strategy and vision to meet business goals
• Defining a design system for multiple products and platforms
• Contributing to strategic decisions with product and executive teams
• Giving and soliciting feedback from other designers to continually reiterate and improve
• Partnering cross-functionally to oversee people's experience with the product from conception to launch.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience in a software product company
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong design point-of-view
• Experience participating in design research and ideation sessions
• Experience building and shipping applications or software (mobile/web)
• Experience working with established design systems
• Ability to handle complex user requirements
• User-Centered Mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Understanding of the product life cycle
• Experience designing for diverse groups (international audiences)
• Extensive mastery of Figma/Sketch/InVision
