Melio is looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to join their team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a desire to impact the team, product, and customers. This role involves building web applications, leading the technical aspects of Melio’s main user flow, and contributing to the engineering roadmap. They will also explore and initiate improvements to architecture and infrastructure.Responsibilities include:
- Building web applications with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Being the technical leader of Melio’s main user flow
- Working on a fast evolving production service, in the core of Melio's application
- Exploring and initiating improvements to architecture and infrastructure
- Being the team’s technical focal point and lead the developers to meet high design and code standards
- Being an active member in designing the engineering roadmap
- 7+ years of professional experience as a web developer
- 3+ years of professional experience with React and Typescript
- Backend engineering experience, preferably with TypeScript and Node.js
- A deep understanding of production systems and the architecture of web products
- Independent, with the ability to tackle complex technical and product requirements
