Senior FP&A Analyst at Melio

Melio is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to provide key insights for strategic decision-making and support the company's growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, experienced in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role is based in Tel Aviv.

The role involves:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Developing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparing financial reports, providing variance analysis, and highlighting KPIs.
• Financial Modeling: Developing complex financial models to support strategic planning.
• Performance Management: Tracking KPIs to measure business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Process Improvement: Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Participating in due diligence, financial system implementations, and other strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in economics or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (preferably in fintech).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and financial modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems (e.g., Pigment/ Adaptive/ Anaplane, NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
