Melio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Accounts Payable (AP) domain team. This role is central to Melio's mission of simplifying business payments. The Senior Product Manager will lead a team of engineers and designers to create seamless payment experiences for Melio's customers. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data analysts, UXR, and marketing, to implement innovative payment solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in product management and a passion for solving problems and delivering value to users.

Role involves:

  • Owning, executing, and maintaining a product roadmap from discovery to delivery.
  • Building business cases for new products and features through market research and competitive analysis.
  • Gathering insights via data analyses, user interviews, and UXR studies.
  • Collaborating with design teams to create user experiences.
  • Defining product requirements and writing product documentation.
  • Guiding engineering teams throughout the development process.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to launch new product capabilities.
  • Tracking key metrics to support product decisions.
  • Summarizing product updates for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects from ideation to launch.
  • Experience translating customer needs into user experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
