Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Melio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development of innovative payment solutions. The Senior Product Manager will lead a team of engineers and designers, ensuring a seamless payment experience for customers. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data analysts, UXR, and marketing.Melio is the fastest-growing B2B payment platform in the US, with offices in New York, Denver, and Tel Aviv.Responsibilities:

• Owning, executing, and maintaining a product roadmap.
• Building business cases for new products and features.
• Gathering insights through data analysis, user interviews, and UXR studies.
• Collaborating with the design team to create user experiences.
• Defining product requirements and writing product specifications.
• Guiding engineering teams throughout the development process.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to launch new product capabilities.
• Tracking key metrics to support product decisions.
• Summarizing product execution and KPI updates for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional projects.
• Experience in translating customer needs into user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
