Senior Product Manager, Platform

Job Description

Melio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its platform engineering team in Tel Aviv. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in building a unified and efficient development platform, empowering engineers to deliver high-impact products rapidly. The role involves building robust infrastructure and services to support the engineering team, allowing them to focus on core business and product logic.Responsibilities include:

• Equipping engineering teams with necessary tools, systems, and processes.
• Leading the vision and roadmap for production and developer scale.
• Defining business and technical requirements for products and features.
• Creating product specs, feature cards, and product documentation.
• Influencing technical strategy by prioritizing core infrastructure improvements.
• Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Defining and monitoring KPIs to assess tool performance and prioritize features.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in developer infrastructure or engineering productivity.
• Strong understanding of modern software development stacks & practices including: APIs, AWS, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines etc.
• Passion for solving complex technical issues.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
• Fluency in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
• BS in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience
