Technical Product Manager, Payments

Job Description

Melio is seeking a Technical Product Manager, Payments to join its Payments product team. The role involves building and scaling payment products in the US, collaborating with engineers to manage complex technical models, leading critical product launches, and impacting small businesses across the US.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and keep the integrity of a complex payment network.
• Develop and execute the product roadmap.
• Define business and technical requirements for products and features.
• Collaborate with Data, Ops, Finance & Engineering teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess product performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Product Management with a focus on technical products.
• Understanding of modern software development stacks and practices (APIs, Cloud services, Microservices).
• Ability to simplify complex issues.
• Self-starter with a bias for action.
• Ability to execute complex projects under constraints.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
