Job Description
Aerospike is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing connectors to various distributed systems used by enterprise customers, focusing on high scalability and performance. Aerospike follows hybrid models with expectation of two days’ work from office.
    Role involves:
  • Implementing new features for connectors.
  • Iterating on features with performance analysis.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues.
  • Bug fixes and fine-tuning based on use cases.
    Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
  • Experience with Java plugins, multithreading, networking, storage, and MapReduce.
  • Experience building applications/middleware interfacing with Kafka, Pulsar, JMS, Spark, and Trino.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with development and testing tools like Git, Gradle, Maven, and JUnit.
