Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accessories Designer to join their growing team. This role is crucial for the brand, requiring a proactive individual with a positive attitude who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Accessories Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing a diverse range of fashion accessories. They will collaborate with designers, product developers, and marketing teams to create innovative, on-trend products that align with Alo Yoga’s vision.

The role involves:

• Conducting trend research and market analysis.
• Creating original designs, including sketches and color palettes.
• Utilizing hand-drawing and CAD software.
• Managing product development and tracking materials.
• Completing PLM/BOMs with accuracy.
• Attending fittings and taking detailed notes.
• Presenting design concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Experience in accessories design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
• Understanding of textiles, materials, and manufacturing.
• Excellent visual, artistic, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
