Experiential Producer

Job Description

Alo is seeking an Experiential Producer to report to the Senior Director of Experiential and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will execute experiential marketing calendar that aligns with brand initiatives.Role involves:

• Owning end-to-end event production
• Collaborating with Influencer, PR, Social, Hospitality, Retail, and Digital teams
• Identifying new partnership opportunities
• Overseeing all aspects of event production, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, venue coordination
• Maintaining oversight of budgets, timelines, and production schedules
• Developing and executing contingency plans
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Developing reports on event impact, engagement, and ROI
• Staying ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and experiential marketing innovations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of manager experience in experiential marketing, event production, and project management
• Proven ability to execute large-scale, high-touch experiential activations from concept to completion
• Strong project management skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working cross-functionally across departments, including PR, Influencer, Creative, and Social teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Pitch, and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
• Ability to travel as needed, including weekends, for event execution and on-site coordination
