Solutions Engineering Manager (Benelux/Northern Europe) at Darktrace

Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager for Benelux and Northern Europe, based in Amsterdam. The role involves leading a team of technical specialists to promote and sell Darktrace's solutions. The Solutions Engineering Manager will collaborate with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leadership to drive revenue growth and meet customer needs. The role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of cybersecurity, and a commitment to technical excellence.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the Solutions Engineering team across Benelux and Northern Europe
• Providing coaching and performance management to the team
• Collaborating with Go-To-Market leadership to develop strategies and actionable plans
• Joining conversations with prospects and customers to drive revenue growth
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in cybersecurity
• Fostering a positive team culture

Requirements:

• Experience leading a regional pre-sales technical solutions engineering team
• Hands-on experience as a Solutions Engineer in Enterprise software or Cyber Security
• Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud networking
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies
• Confident communication skills and ability to build business relationships
• Dutch and English business language proficiency is required
