Solutions Engineering Manager (Benelux and Nordics) at Darktrace

Darktrace, a global leader in cyber security AI, is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager for Benelux and Nordics. This role can be based in either the Stockholm or Amsterdam office. The Solutions Engineering Manager will lead a team of technical specialists, promoting, selling, and providing technical value to clients pre- and post-sales. This role involves collaboration with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success leadership to drive revenue growth and ensure customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading, inspiring, and managing the Solutions Engineering team across Benelux and Nordics.
• Collaborating with Go-To-Market leadership to develop strategies and set targets.
• Joining conversations with prospects and customers to drive revenue growth.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in the cyber security industry.
• Fostering a positive team culture aligned with Darktrace values.

Requirements:

• Experience leading a regional pre-sales technical solutions engineering team..
• Hands-on experience in a solutions engineer role in Enterprise software or Cyber Security.
• Strong knowledge in both on-premise and cloud networking.
• In-depth understanding of cyber security concepts and technologies.
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build business relationships.
• Swedish or Dutch, and English business language proficiency.
