Solutions Engineer (Portuguese Speaking) at Darktrace

This role involves providing technical pre-sales and post-sales support to clients, partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers. The Solutions Engineer will be a key technical point of contact, using their expertise to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.Darktrace offers extensive training and support for personal advancement.

• Working with sales teams throughout the sales process
• Delivering Proof of Value engagements
• Presenting Threat Intelligence Reports
• Designing and building custom client integrations
• Defining solution architectures

• Technical background with pre-sales/post-sales experience
• Strong knowledge of network and security devices/systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
