Solutions Engineer (Portuguese Speaking) at Darktrace

Darktrace is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support, working with sales teams to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth. Fluency in Portuguese is essential for this role.

• Working alongside the sales teams in meeting with clients regularly
• Being accountable for the delivery of POV (Proof of Value) engagements
• Presenting Threat Intelligence Reports and advice to a variety of audiences, from technical teams to C-level Executives
• Designing and building custom client integrations and defining solution architectures.

Requirements:

• Technical background with sales engineer experience
• Interest in cybersecurity with knowledge of network and security devices/systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
