Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Zuora Billing and Revenue Lead to join their Enterprise Application Development and Operations team. This role is crucial for architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting Zuora applications, specifically focusing on Billing, AR, and Revenue systems. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
Role Involves:
- Architecting and developing platform/product extensions.
- Conducting design workshops and building prototypes.
- Translating business problems into technical solutions.
- Partnering with process owners to define KPIs and develop dashboards.
- Planning, designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations.
- Developing cost-effective workflows for various processes.
- Configuring and developing payment integrations.
- Managing KLO, upgrades, and stories in sprint delivery.
- Mentoring junior consultants.
- Providing support for CPQ adoption.
- Developing and executing system conversions and implementations.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Customer master data management.
- Strong knowledge of Zuora subscriptions, billing, product and pricing management, Zuora revenue (ASC 606).
- Must have knowledge on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Banks, Payment Gateways, and Avalara tax.
- Good understanding of the Zuora platform, objects, Custom events and Zuora workflows.
- Knowledge on developing and executing system conversion and implementations.
- Good understanding of Customer aging, AR to GL reconciliation and month end processes
- Should have a good knowledge of change management, Agile methodologies.
