Twilio is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join its InfoSec organization. This role is part of the InfoSec Project Management Office (PMO) and focuses on delivering value through strategic projects and programs. The Technical Program Manager will manage projects and coach agile teams, ensuring operational and process rigor through a structured project management approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage multiple initiatives from inception to completion, collaborating with InfoSec and other Twilio teams.
  • Support functional teams as a coach, enabling consistent and mature delivery of value.
  • Leverage Project Management principles, including SAFe and Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by providing status updates and monitoring project performance.
  • Manage risk, dependencies, and issues, leading the team to remove impediments promptly.
  • Drive decision-making through clear communication of goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience across the InfoSec project lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile projects and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams to execute tasks.
  • Strong skills in developing integrated project structures, milestones, and schedules.
  • High-level understanding of information security domains.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is a remote position based in Colombia. Occasional travel may be required for in-person meetings.
