Commercial Contracts Administrator

Job Description

Twilio is seeking a Commercial Contracts Administrator to join their Commercial Legal Strategy & Operations function. The role supports the Go-To-Market (GTM) sales and partners organization and Telecom Carrier Relations organization, serving as a first point of contact for incoming commercial legal support requests.

The Commercial Contracts Administrator will be part of the Center of Excellence, reviewing and vetting requests for legal support on commercial contracts matters, negotiating NDAs, and drafting order forms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial contracts-related education and process guidance.
• Review, vet, and provide timely responses to legal support requests
• Independently negotiate NDAs on Twilio’s template and counterparty’s template
• Draft non-standard contractual terms and language from scratch into order forms
• Contribute knowledge from novel situations to the Center of Excellence Playbook.
• Provide support on ad-hoc operational projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience as a Contracts Coordinator, Contracts Administrator, or Contracts Paralegal
• Experience using commercial contracting tools, including Salesforce, Conga, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
• Be a process-minded and oriented professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with minimal supervision
