Job Description

Twilio is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Analyst to bolster its global HR compliance initiatives. The analyst will be at the forefront of HR compliance, AI, and employment regulations, shaping ethical and legal workforce policies. The role involves tracking and analyzing labor laws across multiple countries, with a focus on global workforce compliance and emerging AI regulations related to HR. As the HR compliance point of contact for North America (NAMER), the analyst will work to make a global impact across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, research, and analyze labor laws and HR compliance requirements globally.
  • Track regulatory changes affecting employment practices, workplace policies and reporting requirements.
  • Stay up to date with evolving AI regulations impacting human resources.
  • Serve as the primary compliance liaison for Canada and the United States.
  • Assist in developing, updating and maintaining HR policies, postings, and notices.
  • Maintain a compliance tracking system for HR policies, reporting requirements, and regulatory changes.
  • Support HR compliance audits, reporting, and risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of HR compliance, HR legal, or HR regulatory experience.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws, with a focus on North America labor regulations (U.S. and Canada).
  • Familiarity with AI regulations in HR and emerging legal frameworks related to AI-driven hiring and workforce management.
  • Experience driving HR compliance initiatives and collaborating across global teams.
  • Strong analytical, research, critical thinking and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize competing objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
