Job Description

Twilio is seeking a Security Customer Trust Analyst to join their Enterprise Information Security Organization. In this role, the analyst will support security awareness and education for Twilio sales teams and customers. The role involves maintenance of information security for Twilio's largest customers, requiring an understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. The analyst will partner with Product, Legal, and InfoSec teams to serve as the face of Security/Customer Trust.

The Security Analyst will answer questionnaires, review legal documentation, and represent Twilio Security during technical audits.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and responding to security questionnaires from Twilio’s largest and most regulated customers.
  • Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to deliver accurate responses to Third-Party requests.
  • Identifying and communicating potential security risks or gaps within questionnaire responses.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date repository of questionnaire responses.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of security questionnaire response templates and processes.
  • Cultivating productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Proposing innovative ideas to enhance team and organizational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with the Audit Lead to orchestrate external Twilio Security audits.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing technical roles engaging customers on security and regulatory topics.
  • 2+ years experience working with security concepts and technology in a cloud environment.
  • Understanding of frameworks (e.g., SOC, NIST)
  • Comfort in conveying technical concepts verbally and in written form.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels.
