Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join their Marketing Operations team. This role focuses on architecting and managing the systems and processes that support lead handoff between Marketing and Sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in integrating technologies and leading initiatives to improve marketing funnel performance.
Role involves:
- Owning and influencing "the Lead Factory."
- Owning Twilio’s implementation of lead scoring and optimization.
- Ensuring governance of lead routing and lead flow.
- Documenting lead management processes and technologies.
- Implementing and administering marketing technologies.
- Overseeing and optimizing the marketing technology stack.
- Ensuring data collection and enrichment.
- Building relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Marketing Operations experience with a deep technical understanding of Marketo.
- Understanding of B2B sales and marketing funnels.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience across marketing tech stack (Salesforce, web chat, CDP, enrichment tools, event management, webinar, and analytics).
- Experience with Marketo to Salesforce custom integrations and API webhooks.
- Familiarity with lead ingestion and enrichment.
- Excellent communication skills.
