Twilio is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join Twilio.org, focusing on expanding its impact with social impact organizations. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across business units to support Twilio.org’s product marketing needs, particularly in Healthcare, Higher Education, Public Sector, and Humanitarian Action.He/she will be responsible for customer insights, value proposition development, messaging creation, and content strategy. Additionally, this role will represent Twilio.org in external communications, promoting its social impact mission.
Responsibilities: - Establish thought leadership for target audiences.
- Understand customer insights and industry landscape.
- Develop customer value propositions.
- Create content assets across the marketing funnel.
- Translate solutions into actionable programs.
- Develop sales training materials.
- Build consensus across various teams.
Qualifications: - 6-8 years of Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-To-Market background.
- Global experience within CPaaS or related SaaS industries.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in data storytelling.
- Ability to enable and educate internal audiences.
- Savvy in building cross-functional relationships.
