This role involves cross-functional collaboration across business units to support Twilio.org’s product marketing needs, particularly in Healthcare, Higher Education, Public Sector, and Humanitarian Action.He/she will be responsible for customer insights, value proposition development, messaging creation, and content strategy. Additionally, this role will represent Twilio.org in external communications, promoting its social impact mission.Responsibilities:
  • Establish thought leadership for target audiences.
  • Understand customer insights and industry landscape.
  • Develop customer value propositions.

Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, or Go-To-Market background.

  • Ability to enable and educate internal audiences.
