Job Description

Twilio is seeking a Commercial Account Executive for Segment Sales, its Customer Data Platform division. The role focuses on expanding the adoption of Segment among mid-market clients, up to 2000 employees, and acquiring new logos within the DACH and France regions, selling into an $80B TAM. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Build upon the growth & adoption of Segment Mid-Market clients.
  • Lead presentations of Segment’s product and vision.
  • Develop expansion opportunities from existing customers and land new accounts.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts.
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams.
  • Engage in team development and mentoring.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS provider.
  • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Experience working in team selling environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving work environment.
  • Unwavering dedication to be successful.
  • Intellectual curiosity and high ambition.
  • Fluent German or French speaker.
