Twilio is seeking a Digital Sales Representative - Email to play a key role in growing their business. The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for net new customer acquisition, solution selling, and closing deals within Twilio's SMB accounts, with a primary focus on the SendGrid email solution.
Role involves: - Net new customer acquisition and driving new revenue for a specific territory.
- Understanding customer business and technical requirements across all verticals.
- Designing solutions for specific use case needs using Twilio’s communications API platform.
- Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams (Deal Strategy, Billing, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support).
- Advising on digital communication strategies.
- Helping customers get started on the Twilio platform.
Requirements: - At least 1 year of sales experience in a technical SaaS/CPaaS space, with a record of top performance.
- Understanding of cloud computing/communications business model.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical solutions selling experience.
- High adaptability and comfort trying new things.
