Job Description
Twilio is seeking a New Business Account Executive to drive growth in the North Asia region, focusing on Hong Kong or China Chuhai business. This remote role based in Singapore involves acquiring G2K Enterprise accounts in the Hightech and Retail sectors.
Responsibilities:
  • Acquiring new customers and achieving net new booking quotas.
  • Managing consultative sales cycles for Twilio's solutions.
  • Understanding customer requirements and designing solutions using Twilio's Communications APIs and Flex digital engagement center.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create mutually beneficial contracts.
  • Presenting complex details to prospects to build confidence in proposed solutions.
  • Balancing priorities and managing multiple projects.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to develop territory strategies.
  • Acting as the customer's voice to Twilio's product teams.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and sharing knowledge.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of full-cycle Enterprise direct sales experience.
  • Experience directly selling technical CPaaS, Contact Center Experience.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and acquiring new Enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of developing strategic relationships with Enterprise accounts.
  • Technical solutions selling experience.
  • Comfortable working with business and technical leaders.
  • Analytical account development strategy skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Native and business fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
