Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager, Professional Services Sales, who will be a global leader within its Professional Services organization. The role is responsible for achieving global Professional Services bookings targets.

The Senior Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, working closely with Twilio sales to identify service opportunities and drive demand. This role also involves collaborating with Professional Services leadership to scale the sales organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Supports the front line of the Professional Services team.
  • Works with various personas, including c-suite leaders and IT leadership.
  • Manages and develops a team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Manages sales, staffing, and delivery considerations.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in software, professional services, or contact centre.
  • 5+ years of experience selling or supporting sales for a services practice.
  • Experience in services, sales operations, and team management.
  • Comfortable carrying bookings targets
  • Experience with contact center software/services and/or custom application development.
  • Ability to draft a high level solution architecture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
