Twilio is looking for a Strategic Account Executive - ISV to manage relationships with the company's largest Communications platform customers in India. Reporting to the RVP, ISV Sales APAC, the Strategic Account Executive will protect and grow Twilio’s communications business across assigned customers.He/she will drive analytical and consultative sales cycles with customers running large-scale, global, compliance-heavy businesses. The role requires building deep partnerships across product management, finance, support, and operations.
- Work closely with Twilio executives, compliance, go to market and product marketing to build and implement ISV strategies.
- Manage and expand some of our most important customer accounts.
- Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to consistently deliver strong revenue through upsell and cross sell, gross margin, and gross profit results.
- Master creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms and managing the contract process.
- Develop and execute on a comprehensive territory plan.
- Engage in consultative sales cycles with a focus on deep discovery.
- Accurately forecast your opportunities, consistently achieve goals and maintain up to date and accurate data within CRM.
- 8+ years of proven quota success in a sales/ISV sales role.
- Deep knowledge of of India market
- Successful track record of personally selling and closing solutions to software companies, telcos, system integrators or resellers
- Technically savvy and good understanding of SaaS solutions
- Strong experience identifying, mapping and prospecting key prospects
- Ability to drive the sales process from internal leads to qualifying new prospects and handling deals to closure
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with decision makers and C-level Executives
