Twilio is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative to contribute to the Segment product team's go-to-market strategy. This role offers an opportunity to grow a career in software sales. The Global Sales team aims to expand the customer base and impact services for developers, businesses, non-profits, and enterprises.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and generate prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads through outbound calls, personalized emails, and social selling.
  • Engage with prospects using a multi-channel, value-based approach.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly goals for generating business opportunities.
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports using Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
  • Partner with an Account Executive to build account strategies.
  • Complete the SDR Onboarding Program.
