Twilio is seeking a Know Your Traffic Operations Manager to join their EMEA-based team. This role focuses on developing and managing a team of specialists who will use data, analytics, technology, and investigative skills to protect Twilio, its customers, and downstream carriers from malicious and fraudulent messages.The manager will oversee Know Your Traffic for A2P messaging channels and manage workflows to enforce carrier, government regulator, and Twilio's Disallowed Content policies.Responsibilities:
  • Lead the EMEA-based Know Your Traffic Operations team.
  • Hire and develop team members.
  • Ensure teams deliver excellent performance against operational targets.
  • Create compelling reports using tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Plan, organize, and drive projects to completion.
  • Optimize Twilio’s operational processes while improving quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Build effective work relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Write internal and external RFO documents.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in leading operational teams.
  • Expertise in prioritizing and executing multiple projects.
  • Drive toward continuous improvement of compliant traffic.
  • Demonstrated ability in threat detection and pattern recognition.
  • Project management skills to identify and remove bottlenecks.
  • Ability to design dashboards for operational and system health metrics.
