The role involves:
  • Processing RCS onboarding requests.
  • Project managing complex customer requests.
  • Designing and optimizing new processes.
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate should have:
  • 3+ years experience in technical customer operations.
  • Tech and process-savvy skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and Zendesk.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
