The Enterprise Architect at Twilio will serve as an overlay to Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers and Architects (SEs) across both Communications and Segment BUs to help drive GTM org’s multi-year, multiproduct transformation to One Twilio Platform. The Enterprise Architect will play a critical role in authoring and supporting the highest profile customer conversations around the architectural blueprint for both new and existing solutions to help customers go through the multiproduct transformation.
Responsibilities:
Accelerate sales traction for the playbook
Prove repeatability for the GTM motion for each new solution
Demonstrate customer ROI by augmenting AEs and SEs in reframing the discussion around solving business problems
Demonstrate value of Twilio solutions by working closely with the newly consolidated Demo Engineering team in bringing the new demo platform up and running and showcasing our capabilities through demos and workshops
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or system architecture design
Strong understanding of Twilio’s products and services, as well as the broader communications industry
Familiarity with cloud platforms and architecture principles
