Job Description

Twilio is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their SEGMENT Professional Services team. This remote role based in India involves guiding clients through the deployment and evolution of Segment Customer Data Platform (CDP). The Solutions Architect will serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert, providing product knowledge, industry insights, and best practices.

The role focuses on helping customers accelerate time-to-value, enhance adoption, and maximize the value derived from Segment CDP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers instrument Segment APIs across their stack.
• Completing on-boarding engagements within budget and scope.
• Designing a data structure that will gracefully flow downstream into integrations or SQL warehouses.
• Guiding customers on syncing event and profile data to cloud data warehouses.
• Developing and iterating on internal processes to ensure consistency across our on-boarding engagements.
• Working closely with the product team to improve customer success across our entire platform.
• Becoming a guide on the code base and functionality of the Segment platform, libraries, and integrations.

Requirements

• Experience delivering technical engagements as projects in a consultation environment.
• Ability to deal with variety of customers.
• Strong time management skills and are organized and detail obsessed.
• Love for explaining technical concepts.
• Can write SQL queries and have experience with data architecture.
• Experience with cloud and data warehouse technologies.
• Have solid client-side Javascript skills and experience working with APIs and server-side language.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
