Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Research and Intelligence to shape its global talent strategy. The Talent Acquisition Team relies on the Talent Research and Intelligence team for insights into labor market trends, talent pools, and competitive intelligence.

The Senior Manager will manage a global team and advise business executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of talent researchers.
  • Provide competitive talent insights to senior TA, HR, and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Leaders and HR leaders to integrate market intelligence.
  • Proactively deliver insights in anticipation of business needs.
  • Use research tools to deliver research across multiple markets.
  • Develop a strategic framework for the Talent Intelligence team.
  • Establish a proactive pipeline system for passive leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in talent acquisition, analytics, or talent management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in talent market analysis and intelligence gathering.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in developing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Experience scaling teams and programs globally.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
