Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Talent Research and Intelligence team. This role is pivotal to shaping Twilio’s global talent strategy and providing insights to the Talent Acquisition Team. The Senior Manager will lead a global team, advise executives, and collaborate with HR leaders.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of talent researchers.
  • Provide competitive talent insights to senior TA, HR, and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Leaders and HR leaders to integrate market intelligence.
  • Partner to deliver insights and anticipate business needs.
  • Use research tools to deliver research across multiple markets and functions.
  • Develop a strategic framework for the Talent Intelligence team.
  • Establish a proactive pipeline system and strategy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years in talent acquisition, analytics, or talent management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Expertise in talent market analysis and intelligence gathering.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Experience scaling and growing teams and programs globally.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience.
