Twilio is seeking a Sr. Program Manager - Talent Acquisition Optimization and Experience to join their People Services and Innovation team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strategically elevating Twilio’s hiring culture by designing efficient recruiting processes and experiences on a global scale. This role involves collaborating with the recruiting team during a transformative period, focusing on operational excellence and innovation.

The Sr. Program Manager will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations and will be responsible for:

  • Designing, managing, and optimizing end-to-end recruitment workflows.
  • Partnering with the TA team and key internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Driving alignment across operations, analytics, processes, and technology strategy.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to drive consensus and advance program goals.
  • Serving as the liaison between TA and Tech teams, managing cross-functional initiatives.
  • Implementing and overseeing recruiting tools and systems.
  • Providing strategic and operational support for Talent Acquisition and People Services Innovation Teams.

The requirements for this role include:

  • 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, TA Enablement or Operations in a global organization of 5K+ employees globally
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations management, or portfolio management
  • Experience working with large-scale, sophisticated change and transformations
  • Previous experience in implementing TA Tools such as ATS or CRM tools
  • High levels of resourcefulness, influence, organizational savviness, execution skills from strategy through implementation
  • Demonstrated experience as a process designer
  • Proven experience in delivering global programs aligned with initiatives/projects with knowledge of Core Talent Acquisition tools and systems (Workday HCM and Greenhouse ATS required, Eightfold.ai or Visier is strongly preferred)
  • Strong data management skills, including data analysis, data governance, and data reporting
  • Strong business acumen and systems thinking
