Xendit, a payment infrastructure provider in Southeast Asia, is seeking a Compliance Associate for its Jakarta, Indonesia office. The role involves providing support to various stakeholders within Xendit, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The Compliance Associate will be a key person in compliance matters, including regulatory analysis, AML/CTF, risk assessments, and audit support.

Role Involves:

  • Researching and analyzing regulations related to the company’s business.
  • Conducting periodic compliance reviews.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies.
  • Supporting ongoing projects and initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintaining a regulatory reporting calendar and submitting reports to authorities.
  • Preparing and submitting suspicious transaction reports.
  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors.
  • Preparing, analyzing, perform Enhanced Due Diligence(EDD), and submit suspicious transactions reports
  • Ensuring internal compliance training programs running regularly for employees to promote awareness and understanding of Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing
  • Participating in the design and implementation of team projects.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of Compliance experience in Financial Service and/ or Payment Service related companies as a Compliance.
  • Experience in a combination ranging from Regulatory Compliance, Client Onboarding, Anti Money Laundering, Good Corporate Governance, Risk, Legal, Internal Compliance Audit, and other related functions.
  • Understanding of Know-Your-Customer principle, Customer due Diligence and Enhanced due Diligence, Post Transaction Monitoring, and Regulation Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the law and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
